Below you will find, a couple of words about me

Work hard, enjoy the pain and get shit done are mantras of the start-up scene that I learned early on and have kept to this day.

I originally come from performance marketing, which is still my core business. But no sailor will be able to navigate his harbour directly and purposefully without a map (I come from the Baltic Sea, by the way). It’s the same in marketing. Without a clearly defined brand, no sustainable and successful marketing can be implemented. So I began to think more and more in terms of holistic campaigns and discovered my passion: the connection between creative and performance departments.

Over the years, I have become more and more of a generalist and have been able to work in every marketing channel, with different team sizes, strategies and tools. As a result, I find it easy to lead communication between departments and deliver collaborative and solution-oriented results.

Already at the age of 14, I was put in charge of an ice cream cafe. To this day, I enjoy taking responsibility and leading the way in my tasks. This is not the only reason why colleagues who need support always come to me. No problem, Elisa is (also gladly) there.

I act independently, am decisive and have foresight for the company. I am proactive, quick and reliable. I am motivated to try things out, to move forward, to achieve results and to learn by doing.

Budget and personnel planning as well as management are the responsibility of my administration and strategy. Furthermore, I am a contact person and business partner and reported directly to the management.

Leading SEO (On-/Offpage), Afflliate, Mediabuying (TV/Radio), Content, YouTube marketing activities with full budget responsibility. Realizing month over month growth in every of the consumer markets. Establishing performance driven TV marketing as part of the marketing mix. Working together closely with Product Management & Engineering to push innovations. Setting up infrastructure for conversion optimization testing. Heading development of new functionalities as well as design tests for consumer frontends.

Starting with SEO I took over more responsibilities in different online marketing channels like SEA, Content Marketing, Native Advertising or E-Mail Marketing. I started to combine all channels to create bigger campaigns withn more output.

Co-leading SEM team hands-on to scale marketing every month. Scaling consumer business & marketing into 7 more European markets. Responsibility for Google Adwords / Bing / Google Display Network. Training Juniors and advancing marketing team. Starting new tests like Display Marketing & Paid Facebook Marketing.

Junior Online Marketing Manager | AUTO1 Group
Oct’14  – Mar’15
During my time as Junior Online Marketing manager I could collect more experiences in SEO and paid marketing. I was responsible for setting up and increasing the performance of the european Facebook, Google and Bing Ad acounts. I was responsible for onboarding new employers.
